Temperatures rose all day long for day 2. By the time we were set for our training lane, it was 20 degrees with great light and hard snow.
We were setting up next to UNH. We almost decided to have a carnival right then and there. We had UNH, UVM, Williams and BC - but then we reconsidered. It might not be fair to the other schools...
We had to wait for UVM and BC to pull their courses before we could set.
Jocelyn was happy to be back at her old stomping grounds but proudly wore the purple W to display her true alliances.
Sarah did a fine job of slipping out the course before go-time.
Dylan gave me the ol point as he buzzed by on the poma.
The day came to a close with a spectacular Vermont sunset. We had another day of real progress on the hill and great conversation at the dinner table tucked in the hills of Vermont.
